- In May of 2002, the Taiwan Teaching website was established in Taiwan by Gary Jenkins and Eva Lin. Taiwan Teaching provided a new and professional window of opportunity for Taiwan Educational Institutions. Teachers could post their credentials online in order to sell themselves, at the same time as looking for foreigners to participate in language exchange.
